It’s One of America’s favorite pastime! You guessed it the Super Bowl! Whether your team is in it or not and you’re invited to a party, this dip is always a winning touch down in our book.
“Buffalo Wing Chicken Dip” guys love it because it’s spicy and girls love it because they don’t get it all over their manicure.
Here is the recipe:
- 1 lb of cooked shredded Chicken
- 6 oz of Cream cheese
- 2 oz of Blue cheese
- 5 oz of red Enchilada sauce
- 5 oz of Red Hot wing sauce
- 2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp of Olive oil
- 1 stalk of Celery
Preheat the oven to 400˚F. In a 8×8 baking dish, place the cooked shredded chicken with some olive oil. Add the cream cheese, the blue cheese, the hot sauce and the enchilada sauce to the chicken. Mix until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Bake for about 15-20 min until the cheese melts and starts to brownish. Cut the celery sticks. You can also add some chips or some slices of bake bread.
