From Monday to Thursday, the mornings are usually pressed for time. I have to get the kids ready for school, prepare their breakfast and then their lunch. I have very little time for myself. I always tried to squeeze in a 15 minutes workout. After I have just enough time to jump in the shower and get ready before dropping the kids at school.
After the school drop off I make it a priority to prepare myself a delicious and healthy breakfast. Avocado toast is such an easy recipe and while living in California, avocados are always in season. My breakfast brings me plenty of energy until the late afternoon lunch.
