Ketogenic Lifestyle

Last year I challenged myself to the Ketogenic diet for a period of 3 months. During these 3 months, I removed all sugar from my diet (no fruits, no pasta, no carbs, no bread…). I focused my alimentation on high-fat and moderate-protein. The first two weeks were pretty difficult mostly because I couldn’t have any fruits. What I discovered is that it helps with my sugar crash, my anxiety, my heartburns but most of all my energy and stress level. I did also lose some weight in area which have always been hard for me to lose. Ever since I did this 3 months Ketogenic diet, I am more sensitive to sugar and I don’t crave it as I used too. This diet has re-educated my eating habits and re-energized my Metabolism.
